- 2 cups boiled sweet
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2tsp chili flakes
- 1/2tsp black pepper
- Pinch of garam masala
- Salt to taste
How to make American Masala Sweet Corn :
- Wash the corn properly.
- Melt butter in a wok; add sweet corn along with chili flakes, black pepper, garam masala and salt.
- At last sprinkle lemon juice over it and mix all the ingredients well. Saute if for a minute.
