Looks really good. Little pricey but worth the money. Has a silicone handle so won’t be heated. Just use at medium and low heat. Cooking is superb in this kadai. If you get discoloration that is due to high heat use so just wash it with dilute acetic acid (vinegar + water to dilute). Vegetables get cooked fast so you have to keep an eye on it.
