Baked Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg pompfret
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1tsp haldi
  • salt to taste
  • Grind into a paste
  • 7-8 pods of garlic
  • 1″ ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • 3 red long chillies
  • 1/2 bunch corriander leaves
  • 1tsp jeera
  • 2 medium onions
  • juice of 1 lime
How to make baked fish:
  1. Marinate fish with turmeric for half an hour and wash away Sprinkle salt.
  2. Mix butter and flour over each piece and apply ground masala paste
  3. Grease baking trays and place fish pieces apart and sprinkle little masala water and lime juice.Bake.
  4. Garnish with onion rings and serve.
