Pomegranate Raita Recipe

Pomegranate raita is made up of creamy curd, with red crystals of pomegranate added to it. It is slightly sweet. Learn how to make anar ka raita by following this recipe.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 – 3 people
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of pomegranate
  • Pinch black salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp ground sugar
  • 1 pinch of powdered jeera /cumin seed
How to make pomegranate raita / anaar ka raita:
  1. Whisk the curd in a mixing bowl with a hand blender. Add salt, pepper and ground sugar.
  2. Add pomegranate, green chili and coriander leaves.
  3. Mix it well using the serving spoon and chill it.
  4. Garnish it coriander leaved and cumin powder.
