Fried Chana Daal With Paneer

Ingredients:
  • Preparation time: 25 mins
  • 150 gm chana daal,
  • 200 gm paneer,
  • 100 gm onion,
  • 100 gm tomato,
  • 1 red chilly,
  • 2 cinamoms,
  • 2 black cardamoms,
  • 4 cloves,
  • 2 bayleaves,
  • 1 inch ginger,
  • 3 flacks garlic,
  • turmaric powder to taste,
  • 1/4tsp red chilly powder
  • salt a needed
  • 100 gm oil or ghee,
  • water as required,
  • some corriender leaves
How to make Fried Chana Daal With Paneer :

  1. wash the dal soak it for 2 hours.Grate onions.
  2. Cut the coriander leaves.
  3. Chop tomatoes.Grind ginger and garlic.Cut paneer in to cubes and fry.
  4. Heat oil fry the onions till light brown add the ginger garlic paste cinamom and cardamoms,cloves ,bay leavesand red chilly.
  5. Add tomatoes and keep frying till oil separates.
  6. Add the daal,salt,chiily and turmeric powder then fry for 5 to 7 minutes.Pour 2 to 3 cups waterlet the daal to be done then add paneer.Garnish with corriender leaves.
