Recipe For Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • 3Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion and Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Pound Paneer
  • 500ML Whipping Cream
  • 1 Can Pasta Sauce
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt(as per taste)
  • 1 Teaspoon Shahi Paneer Masala(optional)
  • A Pinch of Red Food Colour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Powder
How to make For Shahi Paneer :
  1. Add butter to the Kadai.
  2. Add cumin seeds to the butter and let it turn a little light brown.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste and let it cook until the paste seperates from the butter and add bay leaves and keep stirring.
  4. Add onions and red bell pepper and stir until becomes smooth and light brown in color add salt red pepper powder, garam masala and shahi paneer masala.
  5. Then add the pasta sauce and whipping cream let it cook until it boils and add paneer to it
  6. Let it boil and garnish with chopped corriander.
