QUICK SPDP RECIPE

Ingredients:
10 Tostitos scoops
1 small onion- finely chopped
1 small tomato - finely chopped
1 small boiled potato - finely chopped
3 tbspn Cilantro chutney (Dhania chutney)
3 tbspn apple butter -mixed with 1 tblspn water
2 tblspn thinly bitten yogurt
1 tblspn chaat masala
2 tblspn thin sev
2 tblspn finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tspn red chilli powder
Preparation:
1. Place tostitos in a plateseparating each scoop.
2. Place little bit of potato mixture in each scoop
3. Place onion on top of potato
4. Place tomatoes on top of onion
5. sprinkle chaar masala
6. sprinkle red chilli powder
4. place cilatro chutney-equally distributed on all chips
5. place apple butter - equally distributed on all chips
6. place yogurt - equally distributed on all chips
7. sprinkle sev and chopped cilantro
8. Enjoy delicious SPDP
