Banana Lassi Recipe

  • 1 cup Curd (Dahi, plain non-fat Yogurt)
  • 1 peeled and sliced ripe Banana (Kela)
  • 2 tblsp Sugar (Cheeni) or to taste
  • 1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) (optional)
  • Few Ice-cubes
How to make banana lassi:
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender.
  2. Pour in glasses and serve chilled.
