CHOCOLATE COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE



Ingredients:

2-1/4 cup all-purpose Flour
1 cup (2 sticks) Butter (softened)
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 oz semisweet Chocolate (melted)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt

How to make chocolate cookie dough:
  • Mix butter and sugar in a bowl in a mixer at high speed till it is fluffy.
  • Mix in egg and vanilla.
  • Combine melted chocolate and mix well.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.
  • Cover it and refrigerate if for about 2 hours or till it is firm.
